Kiara C. Jones obtained her a real estate license from the Bahamas Real Estate Association at the tender age of 19. After recently completing her International Business & Finance degree at the University of Tampa, she has moved into the real estate industry full time. In her first few months, Kiara has amounted over a million dollars worth of listings in The Bahamas, and has become known for bringing full price offers and negotiating the best deals for her clients.
Throughout her 22 years, Kiara has lived in The Bahamas, the US, and Canada as well having travelled the world extensively. She received her high school diploma in Quebec, schooled in Halifax, Nova Scotia, before moving down to sunny Florida, and has represented her alma mater abroad.
With so much experience abroad, Kiara has gathered a large sphere of influence with many high worth international contacts that she has been bringing into the high-end luxury Bahamian real estate market. With her large international database, and growing up with a broker mother – Donna Laing Jones, Kiara grew up in the industry and has gained tons of irreplaceable experience and knowledge at very young age. Kiara, along side her dealings in the high-end residential sector, is also breaking into luxury real estate developments and hotel sectors.
When not working on her real estate career, Kiara enjoys giving back to her community through volunteering through Rotaract Club of Freeport, mentoring, and other philanthropic endeavors. Kiara spends much of her free time boating, road cycling, travelling, playing tennis, and just enjoying time with her friends and family.
