Born in Nassau, Bahamas, Gregg attended St Augustine's College then furthered his education at Tulane University where he studied Economics and Finance. After college graduation Gregg returned to Nassau where he worked as a sales agent in real estate throughout the 1990's.

Learning from great mentors and studying the real estate industry as he worked, Gregg began investing in tracks of land and buying commercial real estate early in his career. Within a decade Gregg had developed subdivisions, built spec homes and acquired commercial property in his hometown of Nassau.

As a person of many interests, Gregg is also a producer of music having worked with many artists such as Arrested Development and The BahaMen. Gregg is also active in sports and is a certified professional coach of Pickleball, the fastest growing sport in America.

Gregg loves working with clients to help them to meet their dream of home ownership and is also actively sought for investment advice by those looking to acquire and develop land. Gregg is married with two children and loves traveling with his family to experience the beauty of great cities and natural wonders.
