Phillice always has a thirst for knowledge and continuing education: Ms. Russell’s Curriculum Vitae includes an Associate ‘s degree in General Studies with honors from Tarrant County College in Fort Worth, Texas, 2007. She received her Bachelor ‘s Degree in Criminal Justice at Dallas Baptist University, Dallas, Texas, 2010.
