At 13 years old he left the Bahamas to attend IMG Academy in Bradenton, Florida, a leading sports academy to play soccer. He then attended Jacksonville University to play division one (1) soccer and study Finance and Business Management. After four (4) successful years at Jacksonville University, Dylan graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance and Business Management receiving a Maga Cum Laude distinction, accepted into two (2) honor societies and selected by Advantage Business Magazine as a 2016 top 40 student at the Davis College of Business. Dylan always had a passion for Real Estate and shortly after graduating started working at commercial real estate mortgage firms including NorthMarq Capital and Greystone located in Jacksonville and New York City, respectively. Dylan was responsible for originating, underwriting, and other due diligence support functions to fund over $700 million of commercial real estate loans for multifamily and retail assets through various debt platforms.  Out of the office, Dylan enjoys sailing, playing soccer, various fitness activities, skiing and fishing.  He represented the Bahamas on the international level during the FIFA U-17 world cup qualifiers and was the 2007 Optimist sailing national champion of the Bahamas. Dylan is excited to be joining the family company on the 100th year anniversary and help continue to grow the company to new heights as the longest standing top selling firm in the Bahamas.
