Breathtaking panoramic sea views are to be had from lots 67 and 68, block 42 Rainbow Bay, overlooking one of the prettiest beaches in the area, Hidden Beach. In the summer it is calm enough to swim here, pick shells and watch the curly-tail lizards sunbathing on the sand and rocks. Or snorkel and admire the marine life in the clear turquoise waters. As it is not often that 2 adjacent lots come on the market, they will grab attention as additionally they are literally just a few feet from the beach and much of the lots elevated to maximise the panoramic views. This is a gorgeous location to build one or two vacation beach houses and lucrative short term rental cottages. Power is very close by or create off grid experiences. Rainbow bay is well located for exploring the beautiful island of Eleuthera. With several beaches, a restaurant and tennis courts, and with shops and cafes nearby, it is a desirable place to own property. Not far away is the settlement of James cistern, with several shops, cafes and bars and a dock to buy fresh fish. The nearest airport,
