A true 'diamond in the rough'. Located within the heart of our charming Hope Town village is 'Wine down Sip Sip', a multi use, two story property that can be utilized as both residential and commercial. Current set up of the structure: Upstairs with private entrance is a simple, yet perfect living space. 2 bedrooms, 1 bath with open concept living, kitchen and dining, and laundry space. Views over the Atlantic with some of the most stunning sunrises are visible from both bedrooms, and study room. New kitchen cabinets are in place, electrical and plumbing are about 95% complete in the upstairs. A perfect stage in the renovation for new ideas, or completion if you are ready to move in and enjoy the 'village life'! The ground level set up was that of a commercial space with seating for dinning, 2 half baths, and bar area. Although there is still clearing and repair needed on the ground level, the beauty is that it is a blank slate. The absolute perfect location.
