Bahamas, Yannick was educated early in managing and purchasing from top-tier
companies and individuals. Growing up in Lyford Cay, attending school there,
and later at Saint Andrew's, Yannick has been privy to the highest levels of
service and lifestyle available in the archipelago and around the globe. Fitted
with a high moral code of conduct personally and in business he recognizes and
values the trust clients place in him and strives every day to exceed their
expectations.
Returning from extensive
schooling throughout The United States from elite institutions, His intrigue
with real estate began fifteen years ago after University in Rhode Island where
he studied international business. Although working
primarily with high-end rentals in his community, his affinity with adventure led
him to the outer islands or the “true Bahamas”. He and his wife began buying
and selling properties, renovating beforehand, as they ventured through the
vast Cays and islands on their boat. Following operating out of Abaco for several
years whilst traveling back and forth to Europe enhancing business
relationships, they were steered back to Nassau and eventually to Eleuthera which
they now call home.
As the industry and building methods evolve, Yannick endeavors to understand and enrich his profession constantly. This converts to a steadfast desire for client satisfaction.
