Heather Lightbourn-Peterson has real estate in her blood. She joined her father’s company in December of 1999 and was an instant success, receiving her first Coldwell Banker President’s Circle Award, placing her then in the top 9% of the Coldwell Banker International network, after her first year in the business.

With a background in Historic Preservation, Heather is passionate about listing and selling Old Bahamian homes and has restored numerous properties with her husband Nick.
