Incredible panoramic views of the Sea of Abaco, Lubbers Quarters, and Parrot Cays from the highest elevated lot in the residential community of Lucayos. West facing with incredible sunset views, this unique property inspires with its indigenous landscape, mature trees, and endless possibility. Lucayos is the earliest established subdivision on the island, clearly chosen for its vantage point and cooling breezes. Private and tranquil with Firefly Sunset Resort and the Abaco Inn only minutes away. The previous house was destroyed by Hurricane Dorian in 2019, but some valuable infrastructure remains. The land itself is well-prepared for a new build. Only minutes from the historical village of Hope Town with its waterfront eateries, boutiques, and famous candy stripe lighthouse. Enjoy life like a local in this laid-back island setting where golf carts are the mode of transportation and the village is walking traffic only. The Lucayos Property Owners enjoy the convenience of a shared dock that extends from community land on the Sea of Abaco.
