Built Originally in the late 1800's the New Design kept the original facade, with an imaginative concept that extends the living space into the dune with access to the Ocean side of the house through the second floor. Sit on the front porch, watch the sailboats shuffling in the harbor alongside the famous Candy Striped Lighthouse, and experience some of the most beautiful sunsets in the world. Sit on the back deck in complete privacy and enjoy overlooking the beautiful Tranquil white sandy beach and the turquoise Ocean beyond.   The main house has a principal bedroom and bathroom on the main floor, along with a cozy living room.
