She is a licensed member of The Bahamas Real Estate Association, a Sales Executive in the Bahamas, and an international member of the National Association of Realtors®. Through these roles she inspires and assists persons with their real estate  goals.

Kathy is also a Certified Financial Coach. Knowing first hand the importance of financial literacy, being debt free, and establishing financial security, she spreads this knowledge and helps others in their financial freedom journey.

With her biggest WHYs being; creating a powerful and encouraging legacy, being the best example for her kids, and improving the standard of her community, she serves from the heart. She continues to press forward to encourage growth, financial peace, and overall serenity in life through achieving her life’s goals and helping others make their dreams real.
