About
A native Bahamian born to Swiss and Greek parents, Katina launched her
real estate career in 2003 shortly after graduating from Florida
Southern College in Lakeland, Fla. Over the course of her eight-year
tenure as a realtor in Florida, Katina was frequently named top sales
agent, repeatedly outpacing more than 100 other sales agents. In 2012,
Katina returned to Nassau and joined Lyford Cay Sotheby’s International
Realty to continue growing her career as an agent specializing in short-
and long-term rentals as well as the sale of high-end homes. Katina’s
intimate knowledge of the luxury real estate market in Nassau as well as
her comprehensive understanding of the transaction process in The
Bahamas allows her to guide her clients through buying or selling
property seamlessly and efficiently. A true citizen of the world, Katina
enjoys meeting people from every walk of life and background. When not
networking with clients, she is exploring the globe from North and South
Africa to Europe and North America and takes a special interest in
worldwide conservation efforts, particularly rhino conservation and
rehabilitation in South Africa. Traveling is a passion second only to
the culinary arts for Katina who also attended Johnson & Wales
University in Providence, R.I., and spends as much time as possible
experimenting with and creating unique dishes for friends and family.
