Lot 19, block 18, is a most unusual property tucked away on Spyglass Rd, potentially with double views of both sides of the island. This is a tranquil and delightful place to build a vacation home, not far from several beaches, watching the beauty of dawn and later in the day the vibrant colours of sunset . For peace and privacy, this cannot be beaten. Rainbow Bay is well situated for exploring the island and has several shops in the vicinity and a couple of restaurants, including the Rainbow Inn, which is well known for its excellent homemade pizza. For beautiful beaches and a laid-back lifestyle, this is perfection. The nearest airport is Governors Harbour Airport [GHB], which is only a 15-minute drive.

About
Phillip Vincent Kemp was born in New Providence but spent most of his formative years in Eleuthera. After graduating high school, he successfully completed an Associates of Science Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Phillip worked in the insurance field for a number of years and in 2000 he became the operations manager for a company which specialized in custom kitchen cabinets and high-end millwork.
Phillip has been a licensed Salesperson with The Bahamas Real Estate Association (BREA) for almost ten years with a Bahamas Realtors Institute (BRI) designation and is also a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS). He was named the top Sales Agent at Bahamas Realty in 2017.
Phillip does not just want to help others purchase and sell property, he believes in real estate himself. His back ground in construction, especially in high end finishes in residences and commercial properties, has given Phillip a sharp eye for the kind of flaw that would make a poor investment for a purchase or when it would not be in a person's best interest to purchase. He has the knowledge and experience to assist sellers in preparing, staging and decorating their property for the most appealing presentation.
Phillip attributes much of his success to his attention to detail and the ability to develop a good working rapport with nearly everyone. He finds that doing it right the first time eliminates the problems and conflicts that can plague a real estate transaction.
Phillip is married and has two children. He enjoys travelling, fishing, basketball and tennis.
