Not one, but two Waterfront lots sitting side by side with great elevations overlooking the turquoise waters of Long Island. Enjoy stunning sunsets from the properties that face west overlooking the Bahama Banks. Lots A & B extend from Queens Highway to the water with a combined acreage of 63,792 square feet. One can if you wish fish, swim, and or snorkeling just off the shoreline. Each lot is offered for sale separately; however, they can be purchased together to form a large estate lot for a spacious vacation home. Long Island is a tranquil island paradise offering a quite relaxing atmosphere perfect for that getaway with family and friends. The island also offers some of the best bone fishing and diving in The Bahamas. Long Island is known for the famous "Deans Blue Hole" a site well known by deep water diving enthusiasts. The island's cultural site is in Salt Pond, where the annual sailing Regatta is held south of Doctors Creek by about 30 minutes. Perfect location to build that tropical island vacation home. Electricity, city water, and telephone are available.

About

Ashley’s passion for real estate stems from her family’s long-standing history in the business. Her great-grandfather, Harry McPherson, was one of the first real estate brokers in The Bahamas in the early 1900s. Inspired by her real estate broker relatives—great-grandfather Harry McPherson, grandfather Lester Brown, and father Ian Brown—Ashley decided to sit the real estate exam immediately after graduating university in 2011. She went on to obtain her real estate broker’s license at the age of 26, becoming the youngest realtor in The Bahamas to achieve the title. With a bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Ashley brings a wide range of knowledge to her real estate business including design, development, and sustainability. Ashley also holds an ASP home staging certification, giving her additional tools for preparing her client’s listings so that they are presented to the market in the best possible light and, as a result, sell at their highest possible value. With Ashley’s intimate knowledge of the real estate market and her dedication to serving each client’s unique real estate needs, Ashley strives for excellence by making the process of buying and selling real estate enjoyable from start to finish.

Outside of real estate, Ashley is passionate about helping people in need. She started a local non-profit called Bahamas Disaster Housing Assistance with a group of women in response to Hurricane Dorian in September 2019. In the days and months immediately following this historical storm, The Bahamas Disaster Housing Assistance provided temporary, medium, and long-term housing assistance to hundreds of people who lost their homes. When she isn’t selling real estate or participating in philanthropic pursuits, Ashley loves painting, traveling, and spending time on the boat island hopping.
