About

I was born in Vilnius, capital of Lithuania, February 5th, 1973, then part of the Soviet Union.

I grew up in quite an international family of engineers, speaking Lithuanian with my father, Russian with my mother and Polish with my grandmother. I speak English, Spanish, Russian, Lithuanian and remember some Polish.

Since a young age I just knew I was destined for a far away place near the ocean. The thrill of exploring strange exotic lands as well as a challenge of learning different languages took me traveling first to Europe, then all throughout the Eastern and Western Caribbean, Bermuda, South America and consequently the United States.

I am proud to have studied in Vilnius University (one of Europe's oldest universities founded circa 1560) in faculty of philology, Vilnius College of Commerce and Foreign Languages and Music Academy of Dvarionas for 10 years, majoring in choir conducting and piano.

I have worked in restaurant management and sales where I realized my passion for people. I've always enjoyed making my customers happy by providing unsurpassed professional service. I am happy to work with Coldwell Banker James Sarles Realty team continuing on the similar path of communication, understanding peoples wants and needs and going beyond achieving goals of each and every client, finding that perfect dream home or a piece of paradise in the Bahamas.

I've lived on Grand Bahama for over 20 years. Quite simply, I love it here, I am home.

There is something here for everyone. The Bahamas Islands are a wonderful place to raise children. I am a rich mom- I have three now grown up (kids) I am ever so proud of -Adam, Maya, and Emma, who have left the nest and are well on their way living their lives, and hopefully living their dreams!

In the past I helped my then husband run a marine salvage company and took on a role of a rescue coordinator answering distress calls on marine VHF radio. Via VHF radio I've heard many situations that would have been fatal without help at sea. It is fulfilling to know I was instrumental in saving at least two peoples lives on capsized vessels. I can say based on my own experience in the marine business that there are professionals on the island, dedicated to making you feel safe at sea here in the Bahamas.

There are many things to get busy with on the island, a lot of different activities to suit everyone's tastes and needs.

I myself have a lot of passions. I love to cook and to lose myself improvising on the piano, lunching with my friends and exploring the outdoors. I enjoy gardening and making flower arrangements. I am a member of Freeport Garden Club where we hold our amazing annual Flower Shows. Many talented people from around the world that reside here on Grand Bahama put their talents together and produce surprisingly high level shows in the community theatre group called Freeport Players Guild. I'm thrilled to have participated in many wonderful plays, musicals and dance shows. Regency Singers Group I belong to helps me keep up my piano playing skills and sing wide repertoire of choir music. Ballet and yoga I love are fabulous for exercise, good posture and a peaceful mind. My motto is Bring it on! I enjoy facing any difficulty and coming out as a winner every time! Everything is a lesson in life and I try to turn negative into positive and so to my advantage.

It is fabulous to live here enjoying slow island pace (and no traffic to speak of), boating the turquoise waters, island hopping and scuba diving. We enjoy the Sun, the Sea and the Sand. Here on the island we have enough of all three to share with you!
