If you are planning on buying, selling or renting in the Bahamas Charlotte is your local expert. Born and raised in Nassau, with roots going back to the original settlers, Charlotte has extensive knowledge of Nassau and many of the Family Islands.

After graduating from high school in Nassau and studying in England for two years, she went on to graduate from the University of Miami with a BSc in Computer Science. Prior to joining the H. G. Christie Ltd team she gained valuable sales experience as an owner of two local retail stores.

Specializing in all areas of Real Estate, whether it is assisting first time buyers or those looking at the luxury market, Charlotte has over 15 years of experience as an agent in Nassau.

Between working with clients she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, painting, boating, floral designing and being creative.
