About
Born on December 2nd, 1986, in Freeport, Grand Bahama, Ryan
Cartwright's life has been defined by a love for travel and a deep connection
to his homeland. After moving between Canada and The Bahamas, he pursued his
education at Assumption College Catholic High School in Windsor, Ontario, and
graduated from St. Clair College with an Associate’s Degree in Computer Science
– Networking Technology.
In 2009, Ryan returned to The Bahamas to build a life in the
place he adored. He began his career in IT and later transitioned into Marine
Supply & Services, where he developed a passion for property management,
safeguarding clients' assets, and delivering daily value.
In February 2023, Ryan ventured into the world of Real
Estate as an Apprentice at James Sarles Realty. By October 2023, he became a
licensed Sales Associate under The Bahamas Real Estate Association.
Ryan's deep affection for The Bahamas fuels his commitment
to highlighting the unmatched beauty and diversity found on these islands. He
passionately champions the benefits of residing in The Bahamas and is
wholeheartedly devoted to assisting both Bahamians and foreigners in their real
estate endeavors.
Now in his adult years, Ryan has visited many islands of The Bahamas and is more enthusiastic than ever about working towards bringing his home island of Grand Bahama back to the glory days he remembers so vividly from his childhood.
