Located on the northern end of swashbuckling Tilloo Cay lies "Hurricane Hole", this nature made, perfectly sheltered anchorage is teeming with sealife. The solid limestone parcel of land has good elevation estimated to be 8 feet over sea level. The 70’ ‘L’ shaped dock and the 10,000 lb boat lift in the cove need minimal repair to become fully functional once again. The dock has a draft of at least 4 feet and the slip at the end of the dock should be able to easily accommodate vessels up to 60’. There is high voltage underwater electricity lines and a transformer in place to tie in to for power. Much of the heavy lifting has been completed here to help jumpstart a construction project.
